This vehicle has had only ONE OWNER who kept the vehicle running well with all Chevrolet dealership service on the engine and brakes. Front Chevy AC system is NEW. The RV has a functioning queen size sofa bed power conversion, shower, toilet, water tank, black & grey tank, rear television, two tables that can be used for a mobile office and stored away when needed, and outside locking storage. Toilet was used gently (#1 only!). Has frig, two propane cooktop burners, and a microwave oven. NEW ONAN generator, installed by Onan factory and it charges the new house batteries and runs the AC in the rear of the RV. Currently being repainted November 2025. Note the propane tank needs replacing. Propane runs the cooktop and is a way to power the frig when the generator or engine is not running. NEW BATTERY for engine and two NEW BATTERIES in the house portion (2025).
The versatility of this vehicle is incredible. Most of our use has been for driving anywhere that is more than one hour away. The toilet, frig, and mobile office space has been great for travel basketball weekends/trips, vacations, weekend outings, waiting for our kids during their practices (those awkward 1-2 hours where driving back home doesn't make sense). I got so much work done on my hotspot in the back of the RV: Sitting up on the couch at a table with the air conditioning running while waiting for kids to get out of school, out of practice, out of meetings, out of grocery shopping, etc. Coach keeping them for an extra 30 minutes? No problem, just grabbed a cold soda from the frig and a snack and getting some more work done on my laptop. No more fretting and dreading a late night because of wasted time. Took it for tailgating at a bowl game - AWESOME set up for tailgating. SEAT BELTS for SIX people (2 -driver & passenger, 2 behind driver/passenger, 2 rear sofa).
VAN LIFE: Yes, this would be an excellent choice but would recommend installing new propane tank for MAX benefits of dry camping/boondocking. Macerator pump installed for optimal dumping.
So why sell the RV? Two reasons: 1) Our kids are graduating and I've retired which eliminated the largest use of the van as
described above.
2) We just bought a much bigger RV for more space on vacation trips.
