Brinkley's Z 2900 has the best laid out floor plan with the amazing window sight lines when inside -looking out- while still providing an abundant amount of storage! This includes an AMPLE coat closet across from the ENTRY door w/2 deep cabinet shelves above and shoe storage in the same vicinity. The Z 2900 floorplan allows DUAL access to the bathroom (from the public hall OR the private bedroom) which is great for traffic flow/access but can also help with air circulation in the upper area if needed. The flexibility of the dining table is great! You can EASILY extend and slide the table R/L to accommodate your preference and also use the cushioned storage ottoman for extra table seating as well.

Our RV is ALREADY setup for boondocking, if you want, with two 370W factory solar panels (740W total) mounted on top, a brand new Victron charge controller and battery shunt, factory inverter kit, and two lithium batteries (560AMP hours total)! The holding tanks are plenty adequate with FRESH=75G, GRAY=90G, BLACK=45G. You'll be perfectly comfortable in your Z 2900 heated reclining theater seats while watching your Televator TV w/overhead surround stereo and enjoying the glistening glow of the glass fireplace right below (which can also be a pretty good heat source in the winter!). The kitchen has abundant and thoughtful storage, including slide-out cabinet for garbage cans and built-in compartments for utensils that can be removed if not needed. The pantry in the kitchen has adjustable shelving, automatic door lighting, and electric outlet if needed.

The main exterior storage area is plentiful and can be accessed from both D/S and P/S. This area has access to hot and cold water shower on BOTH sides which is VERY convenient. We added a storage reel in this compartment for the 50 AMP electric power cord for easy/neat storage (see pics). There is additional storage in the front where the batteries are, and it is prepped with space for a generator. Another storage compartment is in the rear of the RV, and is perfect for folding chairs, etc. ALL of the under-storage areas are either heated or have outlets for additional warming if you were spending the winter in Alaska! However; the insulation package in this RV is SUPERIOR to most with FLOORS at R40, WALLS at R11, and CEILING at R40. We've also had ceramic coating professionally applied to the front end cap. This RV has not needed to be winterized because it has ONLY been out a few times and when it comes back home, it's in a climate controlled SHOP. When we bought the RV, we ordered it with the DUAL PANE WINDOWS from the factory, which is an OPTION that NOT ALL Brinkley's have. It ABSOLUTELY helps with temperature control (heat & cold exchange) and with noise levels. We also had the factory send/install the additional “screens” for each operational window to help keep the “bugs” out.

Other items we ordered direct from the factory as upgrades were: GEN-Y Gooseneck Hitch (we still have the original factory hitch if you want it), two MAXX-Air vent covers, and the black “Brinkley” branded exterior step cushion treads.
