This 2022 Alliance fifth wheel has been great. We have owned it almost 2 years and just don't use it anymore. It is fully loaded and in great condition.
The living area is nice and big and has three ac units. The kitchen has a free standing dinette set along with a large refrigerator and a nice bar. The living room has two electric recliners and a foldout couch that comfortable. It also has a large smart tv.
The bedroom has a KING size bed (rv size 72 inch). There is also a large closet that has a washer dryer combo set in it.
Everything is in great working order ready to go rv-ing.
The outside has plenty of storage and a spot for a generator. I do not have one in this rv. There is about a 10ft spot on the back side of the rv from the previous owner. (pic included) The sheet metal is a little wrinkled on the bottom . It was never enough for me to fix. No fiberglass body damage.
I am in Central Florida and have title in hand. Easy to show.
