There are twin beds with newly added mattresses, which replace the original vinyl-covered foam pads.

The "wetbath" is compact but functional, with a shower, toilet, vent with fan, and waterproof storage for your convenience.

Also included is a 12v 32" smart TV/radio, a 20,000 BTU furnace, a quick-recovery gas/electric water heater, a 13,500 BTU roof-mounted AC unit, and a Fantastic Fan in the kitchen.
