I've sprayed out the black tank after every trip, we use tank cleaners to help make sure tank sensors don't get clogged up. I hand wash the rig after every trip, the paint is in great shape. Tires have a lot of life on them and have been rotated with oil changes. Rig comes with the rugs from the chassis and the rug from the coach and all window coverings.
