Im a solo older female owner so this unit is lightly used. No rug rats slam banging doors or drawers! Im an organizer and clean person. I love all the amenities but it’s just too big for me. Selling to downsize. Everything works as it should. I took one trip for a week from MI to Alabama and several weekend trips within my state of MI. Low miles on tires.

Upgrades include $3500 to have dealer install power jacks. Unit came wired for solar and I bought two solar panels that I can includebut never hooked up. Also upgraded the trailer electric brake cable and added a placement holder for trailer light plug to keep dirt out. Housed in heated barn over the winter. No mice issues. All systems working and clean. No exterior damage. No water damage. Last year, I added a second battery to the tongue for more power storage. Comes with Jay Port so a heavy, metal side table to cook on can be hitched into place (table and arm are pictured in exterior pass thru by electric cord and sewer tube. This unit came with a Blackstone grill that could be hooked directly into on board propane tanks. Selling grill separately. I

We live on dirt road so it was hard to get clean pictures of tires, etc. There was dew this morning when I took pictures. Did my best. The interior is grey and olive and white. The oven has never been used.
