We are selling this gorgeous Coachmen Leprechaun 319MB. It's in terrific shape inside and out, and is non smoking but pet friendly (dogs). We did replace the non-jackknife hard as a rock sofa with dual electric recliners this past summer. They are very comfortable! We also reduced the size of the oval dining cushions area so we could fit these spacious new recliners in the space.

Upholstery is in excellent shape, as are the cabinets, refrigerator, TV and cooktop/oven and microwave. We purchased Weathertech floor mats for the front; the Captains Chairs are super comfortable; and all electronics work fine. This unit has an electric fireplace, which gives off just the right amount of heat while watching TV or doing computer work. There is a smaller TV in the bedroom, which also has lots of storage and hanging space.

Exterior is immaculate, and includes slide toppers, outdoor kitchen and table, small refrigerator for drinks, and all the standard hookups for water, elec, cable, wifi, and TV mount. The tires are in excellent shape, what with the low mileage we put on this Class C. Specs are below:
