We bought this brand new from a dealer who sold it to someone else who did not take delivery of it.

We used it for two large trips in the Eastern and Western United States. We went through all the things that you run into when buying a new unit and have it pretty much dialed in. So it is ready to go.

Length: 26' 8" (perfect size for national parks). We were able to get in some parks that other RVs couldn't.

Issues:

1) The floor of the RV has spotting. Apparently this is a common issue with floors installed from 2021 to 2024. The glue Jayco used can bleed through after some time and show on the flooring. This is something we are looking at replacing or we can offer additional discounts for someone who wants to replace it on their own with their choice of new color etc.

2) There is some signs of minor wear on the interior of some cabinets. Nothing on exterior things you can see. Overall looks like newer condition.

3) There is a piece of molding and a plastic piece that holds the string for the blinds over the sink that have to be replaced.

4) We need to replace the plastic handle cover on the screen door.

5) Sometimes when the unit is jacked up in certain locations the door gets a little sticky but otherwise works fine.
