I am the original owner.
The RV is model year 2022.
Purchased it locally in 2024.
RV has two (2) air conditioners, where most this size have one (1). With 2, you will be comfortable.
Installed a Winegard gateway so you can have your own local WiFi.
There are two TVs. The one in the bedroom is a Roku TV.
The mattress in the private BR is a Serta. It sleeps VERY well!
Stove top, oven, and outdoor kitchen were never used. Microwave replaced (OEM) and practically new.
RV served me well. I did not leave it parked, and unused for months.
Im 62, and I take care of my stuff. I used it regularly, maintained/fixed it as needed. Everything works.
It pulls well (with my 2500HD). Tires (and spare) are good and I would travel tomorrow with no worries.
I included pics of existing imperfections.
Everything I used for setup will stay with the RV (electric cable, flush hoses, pressure reg, water filter, surge protector, wheel chocks, leveling blocks)
