We have owned this since it was brand new in 2021. We bought it with the weather guard package, convenience package, and the limited package, so it's very well optioned. It has brought our family many wonderful adventures from the Outer Banks of North Carolina, to West Yellowstone, Montana, to Maine. Alpha Wolfs are known for their good insulation and 3 to 4 season camping capability. We have camped in it all year round, as it has an insulated belly pan with heat ducts to keep the tanks from freezing. it also has an aluminum frame instead of a conventional wood frame, for durability. Our coldest night was 3ºF, and the furnace kept us plenty warm.

During the time weve had it, we have made several upgrades, including stronger leaf springs, a CRE 3000 suspension kit with wet bolt shackles. We installed an easy start on the air conditioner so we could run it on a 2200w Honda generator, and added a Wi-Fi thermostat. The tires were brand new in the spring of 2025 and it has a backup camera and TPMS system.

All of the slide seals have been replaced, and I have spot sealed the roof twice each year. The weatherstripping and sealant around all corners, edges and trim was replaced in the spring of 2025, and there has never been a leak. It has two Odyssey group 27 AGM batteries that were brand new in 2023. There is a small solar panel on the roof, which keeps the batteries topped off while in storage. They have never been drained, and hold a full charge currently, which we've found adequate for 2-3 day boondocking trips. We also installed new window shades from rvblinds.com in the living area, so they're excellent quality and will last many more years.

The rear storage rack has been strengthened to support an aluminum storage box which is handy for a grill, and a generator when needed. We upgraded the mattress to a memory foam one that is extremely comfortable. We sleep better in this camper than we do in our own bed at home. The kids bunks have had memory foam toppers added to make them more comfortable as well. And there is an Oxygenics shower head for comfortable showers.

Everything works, and there are no known problems. It is currently winterized. We will include some cooking utensils, and water hoses, leveling blocks, sewer lines, and of course, the 30 amp power cord - everything you need to go camping. It also comes with two 40” televisions… One in the living room, and one in the master bedroom. We have also cleaned and sanitized it top-to-bottom so it's ready to go.

We pulled it with a 2012 Yukon XL 1500 Denali, so it works well with a half-ton tow vehicle. It weighs about 5800 lbs with the water and holding tanks empty, allowing 1,800 lbs of carrying capacity for water and gear, which we found to be plenty. Our favorite features are the large pantry, large fridge, comfortable bathroom, and little conveniences you wouldn't normally think of - like a motion sensor night light in the bathroom and USB outlets everywhere you need them.

We are selling because our kids are grown and we no longer need the bunkhouse, so we saved our pennies and bought an Airstream. It has been a great camper for us, and has given us zero problems. I have the title in hand. It will make a great family camper with many more good years left in it.
