Great travel trailer - easy to maneuver, hook up or dry camp. Lots of space inside- super clean-no smoking/pets. Full wet bath & kitchen. Short queen memory foam mattress. Lots of windows, screen door, fan, AC, heat. Spacious dining area converts to bed. Convection microwave, two burner stove, cold fridge. Indoor/Outdoor speakers, outdoor grill & outdoor shower hookups, solar and WiFi capacity. Never rented. 

Replaced/New: tires in 2021, wheel bearings repacked, new propane gas pressure regulator, refrigerator coil and coolant system replaced, new battery
