2007 Winnebago View 23H with sought after rear bathroom floor plan. The kitchen includes a 3 burner range top, microwave/convection oven, stainless steel sink with butcher block cover to add additional work space. In addition there is a spacious refrigerator with freezer that works on electric or propane. The water heater also runs on propane or electric. Roof top hvac run on a thermostat control. There is one slide with a slide topper that expands the sofa area to provide additional space in the center portion of the RV. The generator is an Onan that is powered by propane. In addition, there is a 14" TV with DVD player, a Titan Cargo Carrier that fits the rear hitch, Rich Solar Panel to recharge the house batteries and a rear backup assist camera. This RV is very easy to drive and includes cruise control as well as power windows and door locks. The RV itself has approximately 108,000 miles on it, but the diesel engine was replaced by a licensed diesel mechanic and has approximately 55,000 miles on it. Oil change was recently done on 10/21/25. Tires were replaced on 5/29/2024. A Camping World 45 Point inspection was completed 5/29/2024 which included roof preventative maintenance, refrigerator service and generator oil changed. There is also a manual awning. This sweet ride gets between 14-17 miles per gallon. Sleeping areas include an overhead bunk over the driver's area that sleeps 2, dining table that converts to a single bed and the jackknife sofa that folds down to another twin bed.
Full disclosure: The paint on the hood has started to peel in several areas - does not show any sign of rust at this time. It currently has a hood cover on it. I considered having it either repainted or wrapped, but decided to leave this for the new owner to decide. This RV has no issues, runs great and is a pleasure to take trips in. I just no longer use it and hate to see it just sit and waste away. It will make a great vehicle for a small family or couple to enjoy for years to come.
