Description
A great 31-foot Airstream International with brand-new plumbing and electrical with 400W of solar and 2 (new) 300AH deep-cycle batteries and a 3000W inverter/charger.
The electrical (12V and 110) was completely redone and is all ready to go.
New low-profile adjustable lights.
New custom Airstream pull-out couch that sleeps 2 adults, with pull-out storage.
New kitchen with:
-Butcher block counters, deep sink (plenty extra, including an extra 6-foot butcher block countertop for the other drawers)
-12V gas stove (stove not installed; could include brand new toaster oven to install under the stove).
-Retro Cherry Red Fridge
-new hood fan not installed but is included
Redone new propane system.
New PEX pipe water plumbing with new quiet 12v pump and a 6-gallon gas water heater. Pressure tested with the hose attachment on the back of the airstream. Works great; just needs the shower installed and hooked up to existing lines.
Has new laminate flooring that's almost finished; just needs a bathroom finished before finishing the floor and all the extra flooring we have is included with the sale (the floor is very easy to install; depending on the final price, we'll include the tools).
Working AC and brand new wood-burning stove.
Has buit in casette/radio player and original Airstream control panel.
Will come with 3 new Glass windows that were a pain to source.
We'll be selling this at a pretty big loss, so there is not much wiggle room, especially depending on how much extra material and tools we end up including with the final sale. But we do want this to be a project someone finishes so we'll try to include as much material and as many tools as possible depending on the final price. Full price will get everything we have to finish a good chunk of work.
This is a project that needs just a bit more love before it gets back to camping. Sad to let it go, especially this close to the finish line but we hope someone with more time can get it all the way there. Ready to tow away.
