This is a beautiful 1994 Excella 25-ft RBT which we've lovingly updated during the few years we've owned it. We purchased this all original trailer and did our best to update the interior and the mechanical systems while maintaining the original charm and layout. Since we've owned the trailer it's been stored indoors unless out on the road traveling. Were only selling because our temporary stay overseas has become a long-term one and we cant bring the trailer with us.

1999 Suburban 2500 shown in pictures is also for sale separately. Only about 60,000 original miles, rust free, and in amazing condition.

This trailer is ready to load up and roll down the road. It needs nothing and has been extremely well maintained with paperwork and receipts. Hitch the trailer, load the fridge, and take off on your next adventure in a trailer sure to turn heads.

The solid wood cabinetry in the kitchen and living room is all there and flawless. The bedroom and bathroom cabinets are also in excellent condition. There is some yellowing of the interior plastic end caps as is common for this era of trailer. The vinyl ceiling is in good condition, but its shrunk a touch at the seams so there are a few minor flaws. The ceiling was reinforced to keep it from sagging. The mouse fur on the lower walls is clean and in great condition.

The plywood subfloor is solid with no soft spots or signs of water damage. The original plush carpet is all there and in wonderful condition.

All windows are intact, work well, and have new screens.

Wall paper has been updated.

All appliances work as they should. The original fridge had the cooling unit replaced a few years ago with an Amish-built unit and cools better than when new. We replaced the control panel at the same time and added cooling fans on the rear of the fridge which are thermostatically controlled. Furnace works well. The stove and oven are original and work perfectly.

A new Dometic a/c is on the roof with an Easy Start for use with a generator. The skylight was replaced as were the two roof vents, with MaxxAir Deluxe fans complete with remote controls. The entire trailer was resealed about two years ago, including new gaskets on all exterior lights. All marker lights were replaced as well.

Cosmetically the exterior has some places where the clear coat has failed due to age and UV exposure, but overall this is still a great-looking trailer. There are a couple of small dings in the aluminum and a small dent in the banana wrap where someone apparently misplaced the jack at some point trying to lift the trailer.

All the windows are in great shape with good seals and operate properly. A screens are without holes or wear. The rock guards are all in good shape and work well, as are the lower segment guards. The Zip Dee main awning is really nice with no rips, tears, or other problems. It goes in/out as it should. There are also Zip Dee awnings over the rear window and road side living room window, both in great shape.

The two 30-gallon propane tanks are only about 2 years old and new flex lines connecting them to the trailer and a new two-stage regulator.

The 7-wire harness has been upgraded to a cold-weather rated cable. There is also wiring for connecting the DC-DC converter/charger that connects to the tow vehicle with an Anderson connection.

There is a 12vdc television in the bedroom and a nearly new 32" smart TV in the living room with an accompanying sound bar. A new touch-screen stereo was installed in the living room along with four new speakers.

Beds have newer (about 3 years) foam mattresses.

Kitchen and bathroom faucets are new high-end fixtures. Toilet mechanism was replaced and holds water well. Tank waste valves were both completely replaced.

New axles (including brakes) installed a few years ago along with Goodyear Endurance tires. Spare is also new. TireMinder monitors on all wheels with remote monitor.

Cell phone extender mounted on crank-up TV antenna. Also includes WiFi extender with outdoor mounted antenna.

New lined pleated draperies all around exactly like the originals in a linen-textured fabric. The roller blinds were reconditioned and work well.

The sofa in the living room was reupholstered with Wrangler denim its as comfortable to sit on as it is attractive to look at. The trim was also redone to tie the upholstery to the valances. A custom-made ottoman is now in the living to bring the comfort of a modern L-sofa to the trailer.

The electrical system was completed updated and now has two 100Ah Battle Born lithium batteries (mounted inside behind sofa), Progressive Dynamic converter/charger, Victron solar charge controller, a DC-DC charger, inverter, heavy-duty battery cables, updated fuses & bus bars, new positive & negative disconnect switches, and more.
