I love my Grand Design 22MLE for the many thoughtful features, such as:

The large kitchen area can easily fit two people cooking together. Someone can come out of the bathroom and not feel stuck in the aisle.

Plenty of headspace for an 6’2” person in the shower. 

The slide allows for full reclining position in the very comfy chairs and still another person can walk past without adjusting your comfort.

I also really like the cubbies on both sides of the (actual queen sized) bed that have charging ports. I added a nice covered bed topper. I have RA so comfort is key.

Everything is easy to reach. Plenty of storage! Outside is a full reach through.

I purchased this brand new and traveled coast to coast with literally no towing issues. Regarding any damages: There is a small scrape over a decal from a tree branch. The warranty covered the full replacement of the year round insulated underbelly cover. One corner had repeatedly flapped. So eventually they replaced the entire thing under insurance and I’ve had zero issues with it since.

Brand new tires all the way around including the spare, shes practically brand new! 

The awning is tight and clean, no mildew or rips at all. 

Fully maintained! At regular intervals I lubed the tracks and conditioning the seals. The roof has been re-sealed as recommend by manufacturer. 

This trailer has been babied in and out. Always maintained, including moisture absorption year round to avoid mold and mildew. 

It’s always been under cover unless on the road. I travel year round still looks and pulls brand new.

Included in the sale is backup camera! All the peripheral components such as: sewer hoses, water hoses, sealants, bee covers on the vents, ball hitch lock, etc. all the matching utensils, pots/pans, small appliances including a Vita mix! No junk. I also upgraded the backsplash behind the stovetop and the bathroom sink. Replaced the veneer on the kitchen table to something more modern.
