All of the slides work reliably and the seals are perfect -having been replaced 3 years ago when we bought the RV. There are 2 very large sliding storage compartments and a central vacuum system for cleaning up. As you can see from the photos, the RV basement is totally clean and looks like new.

Six 6-volt deep cycle house batteries are in the basement. The Cummins diesel engine has been well-maintained and provides problem-free power achieving just under 7 miles per gallon. A six speed Allison 3000 MH automatic transmission is flawless. The six tires are made by Toyo. The double electric retractable steps work well, as the motor and controller were replaced 2 years ago.

For those who want to get away from the winter cold or the summer heat and travel in luxury to your chosen climate - or just stay local, this RV is the answer. We have kept the RV in our 55 ft RV garage which we built in our new home just for an RV. This Tiffin Phaeton QBH (and hence, the tires) do not see the sun except when we are out traveling. No pets have been in the RV and there were/are no smokers too.
