The RV has not been lived in for over 3 years. Probably needs batteries, AC repaired and needs a leak repair above drivers side. Needs a good cleaning. Furniture has never been replaced so needs updated and new carpet. Has working refrigerator, washer, dryer. Queen bed. Can negotiate the price. Cash only. Will need to move it from its current location in an RV park in Dade City FL. Some tools can go with the RV.
