Built in island just replaced with a new cabinet using the same footprint. It has a pullout/push in island table. It has lots of additional storage & opens up the area flow when table is pushed in. The large living room is a standard TV that can easily be upgraded to a Smart TV with the addition of an Amazon Firestick. The remote control was just replaced with a universal remote that runs the TV & stereo sound system. Additional TV antennae connections in bedroom & bunkroom, as well as living room. Outside extra shower to wash pets. It has 3 propane tanks. The propane is used for the stove/oven & central heating. Hot water & fireplace heater run on electric. Tires are all in perfect brand new condition. Built in USB chargers throughout RV. This RV was a non-smoking household. 2dogs lived here.

The washing machine is very convenient & works well. The dryer does not work & isnt covered by the warranty. The RV came with the 1 small wardrobe downstairs. The units only option for the washer was to use this wardrobe. Upstairs we put in a 5 long clothing rack.
