Description
2015 Forest River Georgetown XL 369DS Low Miles, Fully Equipped with Tow Vehicle Available
Due to some family health issues, we are no longer able to travel as much as we would like to. Its time to let someone else enjoy "Big George" as much as we have. This Class A motorhome combines comfort, practicality, and dependability. It features a spacious floor plan with one and a half baths, a king-size bed with new upgraded mattress, and generous storage inside and out. Providing all the conveniences of home while on the road, the RV is equipped with a full-size residential refrigerator with ice maker, electric fireplace, automatic levelers and a washer/dryer combo. It also has the Arctic Package, which allows you to keep the tanks and water system warm in cold climates to avoid freezing.
Powered by the reliable Ford Triton V10 gas engine with less than 25,000 miles, this coach delivers strong performance without the added cost and hassle of diesel fuel or DEF systems. It also has new tires with less that 2000 miles on them. Inside, the layout is designed for comfort and ease of living, with dual slide-outs that create a large, open living space. The master suite offers a restful retreat, while the kitchen and living areas are well-appointed for extended travel or full-time use. Storage is abundant both inside and outside, accommodating everything needed for long journeys. Their is also additional sleeping space provided with a drop down bunk and convertible dinette.
A 2017 Ford Fusion Energi plug-in hybrid is also available as an optional tow vehicle. This car has low mileage, delivers excellent fuel economy, and is fully equipped for flat towing behind the RV. It can even be plugged in while camping to maintain its electric range.
I have priced this RV very attractively due to a few cosmetic issues you will notice. The top cap of the RV is starting to fade and peel, as is common with many RVs that are exposed to the sun. Also, there is a good sized scratch on the passenger rear which was there when I bought it.
I have both titles in hand, so transfer to the new owner will be fast easy. The RV may be purchased separately or with the tow vehicle, but I don't want to sell the tow vehicle before selling the RV in case someone wants the whole package.
The price of the RV separately is $60,000, or you can have both for $72,000.
This combination offers a turnkey solution for anyone seeking to travel in comfort, efficiency, and style.
