Engine and Generator run strong, serviced right before we bought last year, oil filters etc. New tires installed last year with a date code of late 2023. CAT 300HP engine and Allison automatic transmission. There are new items included with sale that have not been installed which include, 4 new shock absorbers, alternator, hydraulic pump for leveling system and 12v water pump. There are a few small issues that the new owner will need to address like some lights not working, radio not working, bathroom fan also not turning on. There is a crack in corner of passenger side window. We believe this is a perfect motorhome for someone who is mechanically inclined and can make those small repairs themselves and the price reflects that.
