Parked next to house for past 2 years. Tires are 2 years new (see photo of tread wear) have only traveled once since tires were purchased. Brakes and bearings were also checked at that time.

Also selling 2016 Ford F350 King Ranch 4X4 with only 73,700 miles. (in photo) 2016 was last year before Ford changed to aluminum beds. This truck is a beast! Pulls Fifth wheel like it wasn't even there. Have all maintenance records available.

Very good shape with cosmetic damage to driver side mirror only. Still functions but needs mirror casing.

Kelley Blue Book 46K retail value. Really hate to sell, but wife says it's gotta go. Never been in accident (Car Fax is clean with one instance the trailer was damaged while being towed by this truck/ truck was never damaged)
