Purchased this 2018 5th wheel in 2019 as a second owner. It has been a good camper that we have thoroughly enjoyed.  It was special ordered with several major upgrades to include 50amp service with bedroom AC,  onboard Thetford Sanicon Macerator,  Orbital Rotating Pin-box (great if you are pulling with a short box truck).  Huge outdoor Kitchen with dorm sized refrigerator. I pull it with a Chevy Duramax, however; it is designed to be pulled with a half-ton.   The tires we replaced in 2023 and have less than 2500 miles on them.

Located in Rockledge Fl. Unit kept plugged in with power.  We have upgraded to a Class A and have this unit priced to sell well below even low book value. There are minor repairs needed that does not effect usability (macerator hose needs to be replaced/repaired,  bedroom reading lamps inop, and a few other minor things).
