Very nice unit that has not seen any pets, smokers, or abuse. Interior in very nice condition. Great for either extended stays or long trips. Can sleep 6 including walk around queen in rear bedroom. Spacious living area with 1 slide-out, lots of storage inside as well as outside. Power awning, stabilizers and new tonque jack. Heater recently serviced. Has dual 7.5 gal propane tanks, 44 gal fresh and 38 gal each grey and black water capacity. In addition to a gal water heater has inside/outside stereo speakers, (2) TV's and all the appliances you expect from a unit of this quality and manufacturer. Have much of the original paperwork/brochures. Will include various setup items, fresh water hose, waste hose, wheel choks, some dishes, etc. etc. Unit also comes with a full size cover and backup camera. Tires and batteries in good shape.

We lived in the trailer for approx. 6 months while building a house, very comfortable, yet a size and weight that a 1/2 ton truck can still haul (have a Dodge 1500 and pulled with no problem). Unit is just under 30' tip to tail.
