Nothing wrong with this trailer, no peeling paint, stained or ripped seats, water leaks, no hail, etc. No smoking and no pets.

Memory foam Queen sized mattress with no signs of wear or soil. Trailer used lightly for 2 summers, then stored for a year inside, then outside and stationary for 2 months, the inside shop ever since.

Currently winterized.

We bought a cabin and have no need for the camper any more.
