Description

Major Upgrades:

- High strength rear steel bumper with 2" receiver and water jug platform. I had this built and professionally welded to the frame.

- 6 solar panels on roof, arranged in two arrays

- New Furrion Chill Cube A/C with variable speed compressor (latest technology). New thermostat installed for the furnace as well.

- New upgraded, front axle with new brakes and drums

- New wheel bearings, shackles and mounting bolts on both axles

- Brand new, never used, Dometic 310 Toilet just installed.

- Wireless back-up camera & monitor

- Electric front jack stand replaced last year

- Upgraded king size mattress with memory foam topper

- New solid wood bathroom countertop

- Soundbar, DVD/BlueRay player

- Keyless electric door lock with remote control

- Septic hose storage tube on rear bumper holds two hoses and all fittings

- Awning support arm

- Storage baskets and hanging hooks added throughout the trailer

- 30 gallon water tank has been meticulously maintained to support potable water.

Huge 36" x 30" shower with upgraded shower head.

Included:

Two cloth covers, new 30 amp power cable, wheel chocks, wheel stabilizers, septic hoses and attachments, dehumidifier, vacuum, portable tool kit, folding resin table, mattress pad and set of sheets, misc tools and many other accessories.

Available option:

- Goal Zero Yeti 6000 solar generator to power whole trailer ($2,000). New is twice this cost.

Known issues:

- City water attachment in back leaks water into the fresh water tank. I'm told its a check valve issue, but since we never used it and fill water into the tank directly using the fresh water port, it has never been an issue for us.

- Black tank level gauge gets stuck on full sometimes, as many do.

All other equipment is fully functional.

We have used this rig extensively in the past four years and its especially suited for long-term boondocking. Its ideally suited for a couple, rather than a large family, though the couch does fold out to a queen bed. We just got back from a cross-country trip and its ready to go.

I pull it without issue with a Toyota Tundra V8.

RV Trader estimates its value at $16,850. Take a look and make me a reasonable offer. Clean title in hand. we are non-smokers but do have small dogs. No cats. Here's a chance to own a trailer that's only 6 years old for about a third of its original cost.

Note: video link is to a walk through of the same model but not mine. Our couch is different and folds out to a queen bed and the light fixture over the dinette is different. Most else is the same.
