2021 Grand Design Momentum 351M in excellent shape.

MUST SEE to appreciate. We are the 2nd owner and RV has been garage kept and cleaned after every use. Previous owner stored indoors as well. This rv has been very reliable with no issues. This 351M has 1.5 baths with large master bedroom with queen bed and large wardrobe closet in slide out with storage draws. The front bath has toilet with standup shower with multi function shower head with fold out bench seat and sliding glass doors. The kitchen is large with residential size fridge/ freezer(120v or propane) , microwave, propane cook top with oven, lots of storage with pantry closet,double sink in island with foldout bar top with stools. The living room has large theater seating couch with recliners with heat and massage functions with 50" smart TV and electric fireplace/heater. Also there is a loft bed for the kids in kitchen/ living room. There is a central vacuum hookup in kitchen area. The garage is 11 ft and has washer/ dryer hookup and half bath with toilet and sink. There is happijack bunk system with bunk beds. The bottom bunk folds into bench seats with quick setup 3 post table.All controlled by switch to lift and lower to desired configurations. The ramp converts into patio deck with quick setup screen knee walls and 3 season glass/ screen doors. There is a TV in master bedroom as well as in garage. There's also an outside TV in compartment. The unit has 3 Ac units and propane furnace all controlled from on board command center or app on phone. There is a 12 gallon electric/ propane hot water heater, 2- 30 lb propane tanks, front and rear 78 gallon black tanks each with tank flush connections, large grey tank and 155 gallon fresh water tank with onboard pump. This rv has the nautilus p4 command center, separate fuel tank with pump to fill up all the toys. Also it is equipped with a Onan 5500 onboard generator with dedicated fuel tank. There are 3 total awnings with 2 on passenger side of rig and one for rear deck, a ton of accent lights inside and outside with ability to change colors to your preference, bluetooth surround system for inside and outside, hydraulic leveling system with auto leveling feature. We have also added slide toppers to all 3 slide outs(1 slide in bedroom and double slide in kitchen/ living room). Upgraded tires to Cooper Work series 215/75r17.5 16 ply load range H which are in excellent shape.

The only issue that I am aware of is a cosmetic issue. There is a tear in linoleum by garage door. The previous owner repaired it with glue. We always had a rug down so I almost forgot about it but I have uploaded photo showing the spot.

Our family has had alot of great camping trips in this RV and is hard to get rid of but our kids are into club sports now so we just won't have the time to use with sports and our work schedules. Also if intersted and we get our asking price I will include a wireless tire pressure monitor system(tpms) with screen, furrion back up camera with large screen, all water/ electric/ sewage and leveling items organized in bins to allow for you to be able to get out camping right away. Don't wait as this 351M has everything you could want in a RV. The unit was just winterized before cold weather hits but will be ready when the warmer weather returns. I just paid off the remaining balance so waiting for the cleared title to arrive.
