The Grand Design 353G Toy Hauler is designed with 3 separate interior areas. From the master bedroom up front with a king size bed and generous closets to the living central space with two sofas and tons of kitchen cabinets, and a rear area that is a 11 foot garage with ramp. That can be used as a separate sleeping area with the inclusion of double queen size bunks that can be brought down from the ceiling. Each of these three areas have their own air conditioning units w/individual thermostats. This unit has two slide outs, three awnings (two off the passenger side and one off the rear (shading the rear ramp that in its level position is used as a patio). The unit has a bath and a half, and w/d hookups. This 5th wheel is in near new condition and pulls like a a dream with my one ton single rear axle pick up. Option upgrades added above base unit include King Size master bed , TV in master bedroom, a third air conditioning unit (allowing separate air in each of the 3 areas of the rv, each with it's own thermo control, 1/2 bathroom in the rear garage area, Washer Dryer hook up, 5500 watt Generator, 2 additional power awnings making a total of three, Additional TV in the garage area , making a total of three. Also, a really convenience on this unit is an Auto Leveling feature. But my favorite option is the rear sliding glass doors off the rear onto the patio, with built in screens
