Two A/Cs. Wear and tear on floors and exterior from general use of the RV. Upgraded shower head and bathroom faucet. Upgraded queen mattress. Will include Andersen Hitch and RV supplies.

Bottom bunk and dinette were uninstalled to make more room for storage.

Upgraded couch, painted walls white, replaced most of the flooring. Additional flooring will be included in sale, however have not had time to install in living room area. Will update pictures soon.
