I've owned and lived in it for one year while building.

Condition:

Well-maintained, clean interior, no leaks, non-smoker, everything works as it should.

Perfect for families, weekend trips, or full-time RV living — towable by most 3/4-ton trucks.

Tires have maybe 1000 miles on them (new but sitting for 1 year).

The black tank was repaired one year ago from a manufacturer's defect.

Work needed:

Subfloor on at least one slide-out will need to be replaced in the near future.

I've only owned it for one year, may need roof sealing (no leaks or problems though).

Small spot of carpet torn up from scooting chair in (under the table, not horribly noticeable).

Everything else is small: scratches, a small hole in the back window screen, etc. It looks like a 2019 camper should!

This is a SALVAGED title. I don't have any details on why it was salvaged. The owner before me told me that a tree scraped the front corner. I know that's not much info, but that's all I have. The repair was professionally done, and there have been 0 leaks. Insurance must have made that decision. Consider it a discount! Recommended sale was closer to $30k.
