What's good
The electrical and plumbing systems are perfect.
Fridge, AC, range, microwave, heat, water heater, pump work as should.
With the exception of the damage area, the interior and exterior are 7 / 10
Rubber on the roof is in good shape.

What's bad
Water damage in front and roof. Damage area has been opened up and damaged materials removed.
Needs some structural repair on the roof.
Needs a new front panel.
Awning has been removed. Needs new brackets. Tube is in good shape. New motor and new fabric will be included.
Fender trim piece missing (see pic)
This camper has a salvage title.
