This is the ultimate customized solo off-grid boondocker’s RV. I’ve owned it for 9 years, lived in it 7 months every summer, put 95K miles on it, and meticulously cared for it. Numerous upgrades, both inside and out, now make it super comfortable and with enough room for a bike and more inside!

But sadly now at 71, it’s time for me to give it up. I’m flying back home to Hawaii Island November 20th so my asking price reflects this need to sell FAST!

There is NOTHING that needs fixing either inside or out. (Well, OK. Cruise control stopped working last month and the chair upholstery is worn. But that's it!) This Chevy Express 3500 6.0L V8 engine, with 178K miles, is a champ with tons of power. It has never overheated, never set off warning lights, and doesn't burn oil. With oil changes every 6K miles, this engine is known for making 300K. Plugs and wires were new this year. Serpentine belt new at 112K. All fluids have always been changed on schedule; any service needed, done. And I have ALL the records for you.

Handling is superb due to the multiple suspension upgrades: a 2.5” lift, a complete front end rebuild last year, new shocks, and 2” rear wheel spacers. The rear axle has been upgraded to the heavy duty Dana 70. And removing the broken generator and AC lightened the rear end by 300 pounds. The sweet American Racing alloy rims are shod with regularly rotated and aligned BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO tires which were new in 2022 and have 30K on them.

All house systems work. The nicest feature is the walk-in shower where hot water comes up quickly from the propane heater. The next best is the HUGE Dometic 3-way refrigerator with freezer which has been very reliable. The two 6V lead-acid golf cart batteries, with a remote watering system, were new last year and can easily last off-grid 3 days. They are charged by the chassis DC-DC alternator plus the 100W Renogy solar panel on the roof. 30 gallons of fresh water can last almost 2 weeks if conservative. The kitchen includes a stainless sink and a two-burner propane stove. The propane furnace, with a new automatic thermostat, keeps you toasty. Sewage is handled by a macerator system. All AV systems are new too with a JVC Apple Android head unit new last year, a Samsung TV and a Sony DVD player. DiCor Cooling paint on the roof and two fans inside keep you cool. I’m serious when I say I’ve been silly comfortable.

Standup height inside is 74” and there is tons of storage both inside and out. The current sleeping area is a single twin but it could be expanded to accommodate a larger mattress as the backrest matches the contour of the rear doors. So all you would need to do would be to support it and add a larger mattress. Potential sleeping area measures E/W ~78-80
