I have replaced the original Generac generator with an Onan 6500 LP Generator. Everything works as it should. We just drove back from Missouri in July 2025. I just replaced the water pump, serviced the Generator and changed the oil. The membrane roof was just replaced in 2023 along with the ceiling vents and bathroom skylight. All the interior lighting has been changed to LED lighting. The front head lights have all been upgraded so it's easy to see the road at night. Both AC units work and blow cold. This unit has two furnace blower motors. one of which has been recently replaced. The furnace works great. This motorhome is set up with two televisions and a Direct TV satellite dish, which all works perfect.

I purchased this unit in 2020 with 58,000 miles, I have drove this motorhome approximately 45,000 miles without any issues. The microwave works perfect, the 3 burner stove works perfect. I've replaced all the lamp covers all around the exterior of the coach. The holding tanks work perfect as well as the shore power. The motorhome comes with a 25 foot, 50 amp shore plug. I just drove this motorhome to Bakersfield two weeks ago without any issues.

The only reason I'm selling this coach is I just purchased a new Super C, Show hauler, and I don't have the room to park it. This coach gets 17 mpg, diesel and weights approximately 26,000 lbs. The rear sleeping area has a Queen size foam mattress, very comfortable, shower / bath, 1 bunk bed, 1 sleeper sofa and 1 reclining chair.

The tires are 5 years old and still have plenty of tread. The only thing that I would recommend is the passenger window fogs up and should be resealed, other than that, it's in great shape. 4 new House batteries, new electric stairs.
