Has Swing-out bumper BBQ Grill, bumper attached portable backup blackwater tank for easy waste water dumping without moving RV. Has new awning, 2 - 7 gallon Propane tanks with Bluetooth tank sensors, Larger style RV fridge, Outside Kitchen with portable fridge, The RV has a large living room/Kitchen slide that operates both Remotely or manually via handcrank (Remote-Control recently became intermittent). Has stabilization jacks in the front & back. Plumbing is in excellent condition, as are the tanks. Everything is in excellent condition with some light cosmetic clear coat flaking on the front trailer cap. Roof is in good condition, as is A/C unit. A/C has centralized ducting, as does heater. Wheels, Tires, and brakes are in good condition. Has Power tongue lift. This RV comes with a $1,000 Blue OX Equalizer/Stabilizer Hitch. I can pull this RV with my Chevy Tahoe Z-71 & GMC Yukon Denali without issue.

This RV also comes with all the waste water & freshwater hoses, wheel chalks, and stabilizer jack pads. There is some additional added items. This RV whether on or off-grid is as comfortable as living at home. It is easy and quick to hook up or park and is easy to tow. I have reduced the price due to the intermittent remote and to get sold. I recent sold a much older and not as nice for the current price I am asking. This is a nice and spacious RV with a lot of extra equipment.
