These RVs were typically built on Toyota trucks, but this one is on a 1983 Nissan 720 with the reliable 2.4L NAPS-Z engine and 5-spd manual. Comfortable interior, sleeps 3 or 4 depending on how you set up the coach and table. Includes smaller (1 pedestal) and larger (2 pedestals) custom tables. Fresh water (new Shurflo pump), gray water, and black water tanks with monitor. 10-lb propane tank. Dry bath with toilet, sink, and shower. 4-burner stove with oven and 2-compartment sink. 12v/120v fridge. Converter for shore power.

Very reliable and water tight (roof recently sealed for preventative maintenance, rear window reseated and sealed).
Issues: Cab air conditioning is not working. We don't use the original propane heater and its status is uncertain. The RV sleeps up to 4 but there are no forward facing seats or seat belts in the back.

2025: New front and rear shocks. New brake master cylinder. Replaced fluids engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, and differential oil. New fuel filter, thermostat, reverse switch, and alternator belt.
2023: New AGM cab battery.
2022: Front end refresh Replaced upper and lower ball joints, idler arm and center link. Adjusted front end alignment. New oil pressure sensor and connector. Replaced transmission oil with full synthetic oil.
2018/2019: New carburetor; new power steering unit.
