Newmar MountainAire 4369 Diesel Pusher. Freightliner Chassis.43 feet of luxury and comfort. This high end motor coach has it all. From front to back: both driver and passenger seat have been reupholstered by Newmar with updated materials in Nov 2024. Overhead is the first of 4 Sony TVs as well as an audio/video cabinet and one of two SILVERLEAF control centers. In addition two, new, matching recliners opposite the Sony flat panel TV for easy viewing. Also a queen sleeper sofa with air mattress. A pullout dinette with four upholstered chairs is great for indoor meals and doubles as office or workstation with file cabinet and computer station. The well appointed kitchen area has a Fisher & Paykel drawer style dishwasher, infrared two burner cooktop, Frigidaire microwave/convection oven, double bowl stainless steel sink and ample drawer storage and multiple pullouts. Overhead Fan-Tastic exhaust fan with rain sensor and real wood trim. This would not be a LUXURY motor coach without the full size residential refrigerator/freezer with water/ice through the door. Adjacent to the fridge is floor to ceiling pantry with multiple pullouts.

Across from the pantry is half bath which is always accessible even when in travel mode. This bath also includes the Fan-Tastic exhaust fan.

Stepping into the primary bedroom is the RV King SLEEP NUMBER bed, with under bed storage with pneumatic assist. Lots of cabinet storage overhead and total control of lighting and window shades from the bed. Two ample armoires and six large drawers and the 2nd SILVERLEAF control center.

The spacious and luxurious primary bath includes a large, tiled and solid surface appointed shower with fold down teak bench, a hand held shower head and dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner. A overhead skylight adds addition illumination. Also located here is the third Fan-tastic exhaust fan. The toilet in the primary bathroom as well as the half bath are Dometic macerator toilets. In addition to the macerator toilets, there is a macerator pump which pumps the black and grey tanks to the hookup.

The entire back end is closets and storage. Opposite the shower is a double vanity, multiple lighting options and dual medicine cabinets. Adjacent to the vanity is the stacked Whirlpool washer and dryer hidden behind louvered double doors.

This coach has 3 slides. The drivers side is a full wall slide. There two large awnings on the passenger side with auto retract for wind which work very well. There is also a Sony flat panel TV outside in the kitchen slide for outdoor viewing. Multiple storage bays, some with pullout tray and one with a powered tray. Also equip with a Dometic chest style refrigerator/freezer. This coach is also trimmed out with the Summit Stainless Steel accents. Central vacuum.

All cabinetry in this coach is solid hardwood and countertops are solid surface. Tile floors throughout with the exception of the full wall slide.

Powered by a Cummins 450HP motor coupled with a 6 speed Alison transmission. The tires were replaced in 2023 and batteries in 2022. This motor coach is outfitted with a Cumins Onan 10kw generator and Oasis hydronic heating and tankless hot water. All three roof mounted AC/heatpumps units are Dometic Penguin 1500 units. Also on the roof is a Winegard Travler sat dish set up for DISH HD. Included is one Dish Wally receiver and Sony theater sound system. In addition there is a board band antenna which is directional and powered.

We are the 2nd owner and purchased directly from the original owner. This is a custom paint and was cut & buffed at Newmar. We are also including the TOAD package for flat towing BLUE OX and AirForce 1 breaking module.

Also included Magna Shade window, whipper, mirror and tire covers.
