Description

Looking for a clean, well-maintained fifth wheel thats ready for adventure or full time living?

This camper has been amazing for our family adventures. We took it out west and back and it was the perfect home on the road.

Its 4-seasons rated, and we had it out in sub freezing temperatures overnight out west with no issue. The underbelly is insulated, and there is a warming strip on the pipes you can turn on in the cold.

With more kids on the way, we unfortunately have to put the adventure on pause for a few years which is why were selling the camper.

Its a clean unit with everything in perfect mechanical condition. The hydraulics work great they are self-leveling and make arriving to camp a breeze. We can set up in only a few minutes.

We upgraded the camper to have a 400W solar system feeding the two batteries. Its plenty for overnight boondocking with a harvest host farm or winery. You can add a third battery or more panels if you want more juice

The camper is smoke and pet free and has no odors. We treated the tanks after each dump to keep them clean.

The roof is in perfect condition. We walked the roof with every trip and did preventative maintenance on it to ensure no future leaks would occur.

The tires have a lot of life left in them, and the bearings dont need repacked for another 6-7K miles. The camper also has beefy upgraded shackle bolts on the suspension.

The beds are comfortable and we slept soundly in them. The loft was great for our toddler we installed some curtains for privacy and it is a great space for kids.

There are some slight cosmetics wears typical of using a camper. Here is a list of everything :

-the prior owners pulled the slides in over a rock and put a small gouge in the vinyl floor in front of the TV. Its been patched
-The waste tank level gauges are stuck and dont indicate. This is very common with RVs. You can hose them off to get them reading again.
-We removed the couch in the bonus room to make space for a crib. Its an open space that you can get creative with you can put in the factory couch again if so desired.
-The rear roll down blind broke and we have not replaced it. A new blind can be ordered, or else you can install curtains or non-OEM blinds easily

This has been a great camper and has been super reliable for us.were sad to see it go!

The camper is priced competitively on the market but is best offer/negotiable. We can deliver to a certain radius. We can also include a BH hitch for a negotiated deal.
