Life is short- make some memories in this great camper. One owner, New tires put on 10/4/25, (original wheels and tires included, title in hand. ,non smokers. Towed less than 100 miles to campground after purchase. Queen mattress still in plastic (we had topper on it), sleeper sofa, two rockers, stereo system , outdoor shower. Camco Queen sheets still in package included, Camco picnic table cover included. Mainly used it on the weekends after becoming empty nesters. Camper currently on Blue Ridge Parkway but will be moving to Winston Salem in November unless someone grabs it in next couple of weeks.
