Bought in 2021, lived in for 3 years. Covered the whole time. Recently moved and its been uncovered since February of 2025.
We are motived to sell.
Does need some TLC on the outside. -Has tape and tape residue on the outside.
-needs some fiberglass fixing where we tried to mount the tv in the bedroom
Inside -
-The floor is weak in one corner due to me filling up the fresh water tank too high. NOT due to any water leaks
- closet and bedroom door need new latches
- both acs work, but the living room doesnt blow very hard.
everything else works and runs as is.
Overall in good condition. We have all the original furniture. Clean title. Asking 25k
