2010 R-Pod 172 - We have upgraded to a new camper so it is time for her to go. 17' foot long with bunks in the front. Can sleep 4 people and has plenty of storage space in the camper and in the basement. We kept the dinette as a bed full time. The table and all cushions are included. 5" foam mattress included in the sale. It has a wet bath. All of the plumbing works as intended. It has a rooftop AC that still blows super cold. The furnace works and heats the camper without a problem. Fridge works on electric and propane. We use the convection microwave to make cinnamon rolls. IYKYK. The kitchen sink works and the 2 burner stove lights. We always cooked outside so no leftover smells or grease. Very hard to find original R-Pod Dome included in sale. The previous owner upgraded the flooring. It has custom made blackout curtains. The swing arm jack added as an upgrade to the old one. Heavy duty chains added for peace of mind. No propane tank. The propane tank hose was damaged during one of trips. Can be quick replaced without running all new lines. Camper has never been smoked in. The dry weight is 3,000#. We never had a problem towing it with the SUV or the F150. Additional pictures available on request.
