2021 Jayco North Point 310 RLTS Fifth Wheel was purchased new from Camping World in Spokane in October 2020. It has always been stored indoors. We have moved into a full-size motorhome.

In addition to the build sheet attached, the following extras have been included.

Damaged Items:

My dog tore a hole in the floor of the passenger slide-out, which shows wood.

The right rear has a small scratch from hitting a fence.

The front generator door has 2 small punches in it from my tailgate.

According to my truck, we've towed approximately 10,000 miles.
