This Trailer is the lowest price in the NATION for this model and year!! I'm a private seller in Palm Springs- I'm Using photos from dealer as I bought it just last winter. It's barely been used! the dealer priced it at 39K.and reduced to 33K. - it still has 18 mos of a top notch transferrable warranty I purchased with zero deductible. It's in excellent condition- 27ft - one slide out - sleeps 5 comfortably - comfy Queen bed; There are drapes to close off the bedroom for privacy. Loads of storage inside and out! Like new leather couch folds down into a sleeper. The couch bed has never been used as a bed as it still had the original plastic wrap on it! The dinette converts to a sleeper. Large screen TV. The trailer had barely been used when I bought it last October. Bathroom is 'spacious' with a toilet, vanity with sink and mirrored toiletry cabinet, and shower. Kitchen with big fridge, freezer, two burner stove plus an oven and microwave. AC works fab. all appliances work great. Nice sturdy awning. lots of windows for light have high quality blinds.
