Description

Lightly used and well cared for. We have enjoyed this camper every summer we have had it. We bought it new specifically because we needed something that fit our half ton truck. We didn't really like the idea of the soft side pop up type. Our idea was to not to have to "set up", if we didn't want to. Plus we like to camp mostly off season, and full hard side campers are just warmer and quieter. Because it's a smaller space, the furnace does a really good job of keeping things toasty on cold nights. When we camp we only cook outside, so the stove has never been used. Neither has the water heater. There's quite a bit of storage and the bed is big and comfortable for being a smaller size camper. But the size also means this thing fits nicely in short bed trucks and it hauls easily. We bought it new off the lot and the dealership had ordered it with some optional equipment. Like power side awning and air conditioning, plus a few other upgrades. From what I have seen pretty much all dealers order them the same. There is no bathroom. We don't camp off grid so that wasn't an issue for us. If you wanted to go off-grid though, there is an outside shower. The electrical is solar ready. Just add some panels. And obviously a cartridge toilet would work fine for those other needs. We have not experienced any leaks, not even in the heaviest rains. The roof gets cleaned and checked for potential problems twice a year. No bath means no black or gray water tanks to mess with. There's only a fresh water tank to maintain, and we have made sure to winterize that every fall. It will sleep 3 adults comfortably by converting the dinette. The power jacks are nice for loading and unloading. We are starting the downsizing portion of life. The only reason we need a full size truck anymore is to haul the camper. So we'd like to get rid of the truck, which means selling the camper. We like the camper and aren't in a need to sell situation. We believe the price reflects the value. There may be some flexibility on the price, but again there is no pressure on us to sell.
