WHAT IT IS

A 2019 Sprinter 2500 4x4 with a full off-grid build by Pikavo Van Outfitters. We've owned it since the build was finished in 2020. Two belted seats up front on factory swivels, a sideways queen bed in the back using FlareSpace flares, and an all-electric kitchen.

WHY WE'RE SELLING, AND WHY THE PRICE

We have two daughters now, and with four people the van doesn't work for us anymore.

The price is lower than it should be for a build like this because we live in Costa Rica. The van is with my mother in Chico. She can show it and hand it off, but we can't be there ourselves, so it's priced to sell to someone who does their homework, comes to see it, and closes.

WHO IT FITS

This layout works really well for a couple. There's a good workspace, the solar and battery setup means you can stay out for days without thinking about power, and the 4x4 with the suspension and skid plates gets you into real backcountry. It's a great build. It's not set up for families. If you need seating for more than two, this isn't the one.

SERVICE HISTORY

Every service has been done at a Mercedes dealer, on the Mercedes schedule, including the big 40k service in 2025. No accidents. No check engine issues. No DEF or emissions system repairs. A one-page service summary is in the folder, and full dealer receipts are available on request.

CONDITION AND WEAR

Everything works. Electrical, plumbing, diesel heater, fan, fridge, induction, 4x4, awning, electric slider and step. Nothing on a to-do list.

Cosmetics are what you'd expect from a van that's been used, not stored. A few small door dings on the exterior, photographed in the folder. Normal wear on the bamboo and floor, no damage.

Tires are BFG KO2s at roughly half tread.

New Mercedes starter battery, September 2025. The house lithium bank has been on the Victron system since day one and has never been run flat.

PRICE

$87,500.  I'm open to offers, but I believe its priced aggressively for the current market.

The van is in Chico, California, about 90 minutes north of Sacramento and three hours from the Bay Area. My mother Erin is local and handles showings, test drives, and the handoff. Text is best.

Bring a driver's license and proof of insurance for a test drive. A pre-purchase inspection at the Mercedes dealer in Chico or Sacramento is welcome, at the buyer's expense.
