Motor home in great condition!.

This 2007 motor home was made the year they last used the stronger material for cabinetry which was downgraded to wood facia on most mid grade models. This RV is still solid and immaculate except for the following. The outside has some sun damage but minor. The back window was replaced with a Lexan sheet. The fuel gauge has stop working. There are some scuffs in the fabric at the top of the table seat backing and the base of the two front seats which is mostly minor(see pictures). The shift lever has some very minor play in the linkage, one of the guides in the front awning is cracked but still functions perfectly. Past this, it is low mileage at 58,462. The motor is solid and has been kept up on oil changes. There are no issues at all with any of the appliances or equipment. The Air conditioner is brand new and upgraded to 15k BTU. The hot water heater, microwave, stove, heater, refrigerator, freezer, water pump all work flawless and are in very good condition. The cabinetry is mint. No leaks or water damage. Tires are in good shape but old. The back room mattress is only slept on twice and covered with a $300 foam topper and $200 mattress topper in a queen size bed. Brand new Fire TV's in front and back. The front tv swivels out on a motor. The back is 26"

Like new shower and bathroom with enclosed privacy front and back creating a full bathroom. The powerful motor will tow anything. Has DVD and CD player with back up camera. New Battery and Battery Back up Battery emergency start. Truck AC works great. Built in outdoor folding table inside compartment and outside electrical. 30 Amp Service. Generator works great! Easy to use sewer set up.

I spent a long time deciding which style RV I would get and this one has the best living arrangement on the market with the exception of one or two others. Dining room slide out with new awning works perfect. You can buy any RV for many reasons but you want something that doesn't fail you on the road or with your family plans. Comfort and reliability make this one better than new and better than cheap. Hasn't been out but 2 times in 5 years and I have only used it 6 times total since I bought it in 2022.

Pick one that you will love and this is one like that. I can't keep it any longer since I have few places to take where I live. Comes with all original manuals.
