This is the bunkhouse floor plan with double sized bunk beds in the rear next to a spacious bath with tub and second entry door. We have upgraded the bathroom faucet with a residential grade fixture. The bathroom fan is temperamental and may eventually need to be repaired or replaced.

The dinette and sofa easily transform to full size beds. The master bedroom includes an updated queen mattress and raises up for access to a huge storage space underneath. There are convenient outlets with USB plugs throughout for easy and convenient charging of devices. There is wall space at the foot of the master queen bed for mounting a flat screen TV. In the main living area, we are including our 43" flat screen Samsung TV purchased with the trailer in 2022. This unit includes an upgraded sound system with bluetooth soundbar and outside speakers. You can connect the TV or other devices to play your favorite music in Zone 1 (inside), Zone 2 (outside) or from both zones at the same time.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances working like new, including a gas stove, 3 gas burner range, microwave, and spacious battery/electric powered refrigerator. An exhaust fan, undercabinet lighting, and upgraded backsplash make this a great kitchen to cook any meal and prepare lunches and snacks for the road. All interior upholstery, flooring, and carpet are in excellent shape. There are some minor scratches on trim in heavy traffic areas, typical for a 3 year-old unit.

This unit contains an upgraded 15,000 BTU Dometic ducted air conditioning unit that has been well maintained and has always kept us cool even in the hottest of southeast summers. The gas powered furnace and 6 gallon hot water tank all perform great and work like new.

Outside, the large awning provides great shade and although it shows some wear, there are no holes and it operates like new. There is a large pass through storage space in front that can hold up to 4 large plastic bins and other equipment such as leveling blocks and tire chocks. There is another large convenient storage compartment in the rear, large enough for folding tables and chairs and other equipment such as garden hoses and power cords.

The roof, seals, and windows are all in good operating condition with no leaks. The latching mechanism connecting the screen door to the main entry door became non-operational and has been removed. However, the screen door and main door still operate normally.

We have just upgraded all four tires to Goodyear Endurance and have only abaout 300 miles on these. All holding tanks and other systems are in working order. Includes hitch-mounted 2 bike rack. Other towing equipment can be included such as our e2 weight distribution hitch.
