My friend Tom had this trailer custom-made in 2020 with plans to use it at his property in Northern NV. He ended up selling the property and thus only used the trailer three times. The trailer is currently for sale with a clean title.

As noted, Tom had the trailer built to his specifications and he really went all-in. The original invoice is two pages long, covered with line after line of upgrades and add-ons (shown in the 2nd photo). The trailer frame was also "flipped" when it was built to provide more clearance for off-road use. He also had premium tires installed new to handle off-road terrain.

Condition-wise, the trailer is in great condition with only the slightest signs of use. As previously noted, he and his family only used the trailer three times total so it really does look new. He also keeps it stored indoors so it hasn't suffered any sun or UV damage.

There are no dents or dings in the exterior and everything on the trailer works, from the generator, to the drop-down bed, to the on-board 30-gallon gas station for filling up whatever toy you haul. The trailer has solar panels to capture the sun and a huge automatic awning to keep it at bay. The tires look new and overall the trailer is ready to be hitched up and taken out to your favorite camping spot. There is a killer A/C system along with a furnace so you'll always be comfortable, plus he had an extra heating unit installed to keep it toasty any time of year. All tanks (blue, gray and black) are heated, as well.

The refrigerator/freezer has a whopping 9 cubic feet of storage space and the kitchen has the usual oven/stove combo and sink conveniently close to the fridge. All lights are LED, even the outdoor floodlights.

A neat add-on, after you unload whatever toy you're hauling you can expand your living space even further with the supplied "xtend-a-room" which attaches to the back of the trailer and effectively adds a large tent area. I haven't seen this option on the trailer but it cost and extra $495 so I'm betting it's really nice.

The trailer is available to be shown with 24 hours notice, which is the time requirement of the indoor storage facility.
