Selling our camper due to down-sizing. We have loved this camper and enjoyed the room it had for our family. we've strived to maintain it and keep it clean.

UPGRADES - changed both axles to 6000 lb rated. Toilet changed to porcelain

2 entry doors, full kitchen, bathtub and shower. 2 AC Units. Bunk room has 2 twin beds and one Sofa that folds to a bed.

Due to terrible design, the sofa "leather" and dinette peeled and we had to replace. Custom-made cushions on the dinette, which is now L-shaped. Sofa taken out and replaced with 2 convertible sofa-sleeper chairs (pull-out to be a twin-size sleeper)

never got to replace the bunkhouse sofa, as it is also peeling.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN - includes mini-fridge, Burner, 2nd microwave and Sink.
