The heating system can be controlled centrally. I have never really used it because the electric furnace puts out plenty of heat.

50 amp or 30 amp, I have every variation of power plug adapter.

The battery is still running like a champ, too.

You might need to fix the chairs up, but the table is fine. The brown sofa is peeling a bit, that's why there are covers on it, but it's really not a big issue. Mostly only small cosmetic wear.

Cooking:

Gas stove/oven/microwave and grill attachment with a small grill stowed

Towing: It's a ball hitch, which makes it much easier for most people, but a fifth wheel hitch can easily be swapped on it.

Dry weight is pretty light for a fifth wheel, around 9,000.

The brown couch is a dual recliner, and the grey sofa is a sleeper sofa.

The refrigerator was more recently replaced, works great, and can be powered by AC/DC hookup or gas.

Lots of storage space, perfect as a temporary home or summer home for 2.

All the slides work great, and the awning is excellent, with no rips or holes, and it works perfectly. The roof is solid too, no soft spots or leaks.

We just recently took it out on a hunting trip, and it works great! The tires barely have any wear on the tread, and the brakes work just fine.

I am selling because I live in California now and am an active duty Marine Infantry Officer. I had a lot of plans for it when I bought it in 2023, but due to a lot of sudden changes, I really only used it as a home for about 3 months before I left.

That being said, the RV is still in Scott, LA, on my parents' land. There will be someone there to show it to you.
