What is wrong with it?
There are no major mechanical issues. It needs reupholstered. The check engine light is on due to an emissions sensor. I can't seem to find a place that will fix the problem. It doesn't affect how the RV runs or performs.

When was the engine serviced?
Full service was performed in May 2024 by Matheney in Nitro. The generator was serviced in Sept 2025 with oil, plug, air filter and fuel pump.

How many people have owned it?
I'm the 2nd owner and have owned it since 2016.

Has the roof been serviced?
No. There are no leaks and the roof has never been inspected, serviced or upgraded in any way.
