Second owner on this RV. First was a rental company so all of the maintenance was kept up to dateand then owned by private party for two years and kept in the deep south while doing Volunteer work.

Good air conditioning, excellent, hot water heater. Excellent vehicle for the deep south.

Wheel covers, vent cushions, vent covers, 25 foot water hose, 10 foot heated water hose, 30 amp, electrical cord, 50 to 30 amp stepped down, top of the line, surge protector, and other odds and ends all included. Full tank of gas and full tank of propane also!
